“My name is Yousef al Faleh I attended ELAS UK in 2007 and I learned many useful things. The most important of them was the English language. I feel I have improved a great deal. I would recommend ELAS UK to every one who wants to learn English language. As for the supervisors and teachers I have never met the likes of them ever in my life, they were great. Their kind dealings with others and their ability to keep us all busy all the time was amazing. I am arranging to see them all next year.

Home - Student Welfare - Accommodation
Accommodation

This summer 2009 our students will be accommodated at Digby Hall residents on the main Stoughton Drive South Road. The residential block is only a stone throw away from the school and canteen, so all students will be together in one location. There is plenty of greenery and trees all around this location and the main office is also situated here.

The accommodation will compromise of a single occupancy room which is of good standard and has been recently refurbished. Bathrooms and toilets will be shared at a ratio of 1 bathroom/toilet for every 4 students. There is a single bed, wardrobe, shelf, bedside cabinet and desk in each room. All the single rooms have a personal sink.

Students will have their own personal key for their rooms but will have to hand the keys in to the supervisors by 10.00pm. This is in order to make sure they do not leave their rooms after this time. Supervisors check the rooms throughout the night to ensure all the students are in their own rooms. The collect their keys from the supervisors in the morning before breakfast.

Social Space

There is plenty of social space for students to play in. The Main school building has a games room which contains two pool tables, two table tennis tables, two bar football tables and two 64inch widescreen TV’s connected to play stations 3 with a number of different games available. There is also a vending machine for snacks and drinks. There are plenty of onsite outdoor games like volleyball, football, rounder’s, and other activities. All this is in additional to the daily sports facilities we provide and weekend adventure holidays.
